Our custom PCs are built with parts from manufacturers that have high quality control standards. This means that we have only had a few bad parts shipped to us in five years and we also have had to return only a few failed parts in five years time. If a part has failed we received fast no problem service. That translates to fast no problem service to the customer from us also. We customize the PCs to your needs therefore you only pay for features you need. That is a better cost savings to you than buying a PC from a brand name PC company that puts more features on a PC to sell it and cuts corners on the quality of the hardware to keep the cost down. Some of the new parts in our new PCs carry three-year manufacturer warranties, notably the retail processors and the hard disk drives. Our new PCs carry a one-year warranty on all parts.

Our refurbished PCs are made from traded in parts from our customers. All the parts are tested before we give credit to the customers for them. If used hard disk drives are used, the old users files are all cleaned off. The finished refurbished PC is usually left turned on overnight and all devices are tested. We give a thirty-day warranty on our Refurbished PCs.

If our new or refurbished PC has a defective part in it we will replace it the same or next day just as we do with our regular service. When you call us for technical assistance you may talk to one of the A+ Technicians on staff. We are the only A+ Authorized Service Center in the Litchfield County area. The A+ designation is granted through an international computer industry association with members from computer and software technology companies. We will be answering your questions from experience and training not from a scripted response book by an out of the country, inexperienced, customer service representative, like many of the name brand PC builders use.
